Customized Foot Orthotics

Better Support Starts From the Ground Up

Your feet provide the foundation for everything you do. The way your feet support and move your body can influence your posture, balance, and the way you move throughout the day.

Even when your feet don’t hurt, they may still be affecting how your body functions.

If you experience discomfort in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, or neck—or simply want to learn more about your foot and posture mechanics—custom orthotics may be worth exploring.

Get Your FREE Digital Foot Scan

At Trinity Wellness Center, we offer a FREE digital foot scan to help evaluate how your feet function while standing and supporting your body.

During your assessment, we’ll look at your individual foot mechanics and discuss whether customized orthotics may be appropriate for your needs.

Who May Benefit From Custom Orthotics?

Customized orthotics may be worth considering if you experience or have a history of:

  • Neck or back discomfort

  • Postural concerns

  • Hip or sacroiliac joint discomfort

  • Knee pain

  • Shin splints

  • Ankle pain

  • Heel pain or heel spurs

  • Foot pain or other foot problems

  • Previous knee, back, or neck injuries

  • Sports-related injuries

  • Changes in athletic performance

  • Uneven shoe wear

  • Differences in leg length

  • Flat feet, bunions, or other foot alignment concerns

Custom orthotics aren’t right for everyone. That’s why we begin with an individual evaluation.

Could Your Feet Be Affecting How You Move?

Consider the following questions:

  • Do you stand or walk on hard surfaces for more than four hours a day?

  • Do you regularly participate in sports or other physical activities?

  • Have you experienced a knee, back, or neck injury?

  • Do your shoes wear unevenly?

  • Do you experience joint discomfort while standing, walking, or running?

  • Have you been told that one leg is shorter than the other?

  • Do you have knock knees or bow legs?

  • Do you have flat feet, bunions, corns, or other noticeable foot concerns?

  • Do your feet turn outward when you walk?

  • Do you spend a significant amount of time on your feet each day?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, talk with our team about whether custom orthotics may be appropriate for you.

Your Feet. Your Needs. Your Orthotics.

At Trinity Wellness Center, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our custom orthotic process begins with a digital foot analysis. You’ll stand on our foot analysis system while it captures information about your feet and how they support your body.

Your results can then be used to create customized orthotics designed around your individual measurements and needs.

Depending on your lifestyle and goals, we can also discuss specialized options such as Shoethotics® and Sandalthotics®.

Find Out If Custom Orthotics Are Right for You

You don’t have to guess whether your feet are contributing to your discomfort or affecting the way you move.

Schedule your FREE digital foot scan at Trinity Wellness Center and take the first step toward better support.
