What to Expect

Laying the Foundation for Total Health

Starting care at a new healthcare office is an important step toward taking care of your health. At Trinity Wellness Center, we understand that every patient has different needs, concerns, and goals. That’s why we take a personalized approach to your care, helping you understand your options and what to expect throughout the process.

Think of your health like building a house. A strong foundation helps support everything that comes after it. In the same way, understanding your health concerns, evaluating your needs, and creating an appropriate plan of care can help establish a solid starting point for your treatment and wellness goals.

Whether you’re visiting us for primary care, chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, or another service, our team will work with you to determine the next steps based on your individual needs. Depending on the reason for your visit, this may include an evaluation, a discussion of your health history, recommended testing, treatment options, or follow-up appointments.

Our goal is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your care. We’ll take the time to answer your questions, explain recommendations, and help you understand what comes next—so you know what to expect every step of the way.

The Trinity Wellness Center Three Phase Approach

Phase 1: Relief Care

The first step in your care journey at Trinity Wellness Center is understanding your individual needs, concerns, and health goals. During your initial visit, our team will take the time to learn about your health history, discuss any symptoms or concerns you may have, and determine which services may be appropriate for you.

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

Once your evaluation is complete and your personalized plan of care has been established, the next step is beginning the recommended services. At Trinity Wellness Center, we work with you to address your individual needs and help you make progress toward your health and wellness goals.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Your needs may change over time, and we’re here to help you navigate those changes. Our team can discuss recommendations for continued care, healthy lifestyle habits, and appropriate follow-up based on your individual situation.
